Eric Mathison, PhD, HEC-C is the CEO and founder of Canmore Ethics. He has worked as a clinical ethicist in the United States and Canada and has published in leading health ethics journals on values-based medicine, assisted dying, and emerging technologies. His work has also been discussed in popular media, including the New York Times. Dr. Mathison was a postdoctoral fellow at Baylor College of Medicine, a clinical ethics resident at William Osler Health System, and has a PhD in philosophy from the University of Toronto.
